3/27 由智慧財產培訓學院（Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy, TIPA）主辦一個國際研討會:
「網路服務提供者配合防制網路著作權侵權實務問題研討會」（Symposium on Internet Service Provider Practices to Prevent On-line Copyright Infringement）
活動內容摘要:
為積極與國際著作權接軌，並充實對著作權法未來趨勢之了解，本局邀請美國嫻熟ISP執行網路通知與取下（Notice and Take-down）法制與實務之專家來台舉辦座談會，主講議題為「網路服務提供者配合防制網路著作權侵權實務問題研討會」（Symposium on Internet Service Provider Practices to Prevent On-line Copyright Infringement），並邀請國內相關著作權法專家與網路業者，共同討論美國著作權法第512條網路服務提供者（ISP）限制責任條文與實務運作問題，時間為3月27日假台大醫院國際會議中心（台北市中正區徐州路二號）舉行，請各界先進踴躍報名參加。
